50% prepayment for new clients. Once confirmed, we send progress updates with photos so you are always in the loop. Turnaround: 3 days to 4 weeks depending on service.
How long does a commission take?
Typical turnaround is 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and where my queue sits. Display-level pieces can take longer. I give you an honest estimate during the consultation.
What quality levels do you offer?
I offer three tiers: Battle Ready (tabletop quality, clean execution), Display (competition-ready, advanced techniques), and Museum (maximum detail, NMM, OSL, and custom basing). Pick the one that matches your intended use.
Do you paint models I supply, or do you provide them?
Both options are available. You can ship your models to me, or I can source/print them on my Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra. Kitbashed conversions are welcome too.
What is your pricing?
Every project is unique. After the consultation and concept phase, I send a detailed quote based on model count, complexity, techniques, and quality level. Use the pricing calculator on the site for a rough estimate before you write.
Do you offer refunds?
I check in regularly throughout the process. If the final result does not match the approved concept, I will repaint it at no additional cost. I do not leave clients unhappy.
How do you ship finished pieces?
Custom foam-cut packaging with full insurance. I ship worldwide via tracked courier. Your art object arrives exactly as it left my desk.
