How long does a commission take?
Typical turnaround is 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and current queue. Display-level pieces may take longer. We provide estimated timelines during the consultation phase.
What quality levels do you offer?
We offer three tiers: Battle Ready (tabletop quality with clean execution), Display (competition-ready with advanced techniques), and Museum (the highest level with maximum detail, NMM, OSL, and custom basing).
Do you paint models I supply, or do you provide them?
Both options are available. You can ship your models to us, or we can source them. 3D printed alternatives and kitbashed conversions are also possible.
What is your pricing?
Each project is unique. After our consultation and concept phase, we provide a detailed quote based on model count, complexity, techniques required, and quality level. We do not publish fixed prices.
Do you offer refunds?
We work closely with you throughout the process with regular check-ins. If the final result does not match the approved concept, we will repaint at no additional cost.
How do you ship finished pieces?
Custom foam-cut packaging with full insurance. We ship worldwide via tracked courier services. Your art object arrives exactly as it left the studio.
