FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
We accept .STL files. Files must be watertight, properly scaled (mm), with no intersecting geometry. Under 2M triangles preferred. We offer a free STL check for confirmed orders.
What size can you print?
Maximum single volume: 218 x 122 x 220 mm. For larger models (dragons, terrain), we split them into parts.
Do you require prepayment?
50% prepayment for new clients. Returning clients with established history may pay after completion upon agreement.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of confirmation. Once printing has begun, full cancellation is not possible due to material usage.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Priority handling available for +50% fee, depending on current queue.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide from Poland. Poland ~4 EUR (5-7 days), EU ~6 EUR (7-14 days), World ~10-15 EUR (14-30 days). Free shipping for orders over 70 EUR within Poland.
How are miniatures packaged?

What if I'm not satisfied?
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We offer a remake or partial refund. Custom painted orders cannot be fully refunded once work has started, but we always work to make it right.
